Welcome to the Knox-Union Cattlemen's Association
The Knox-Union Cattlemen's Association (formerly known as the Knox County Cattlemen and Tennessee Valley Cattlemen's Association) has been a vital organization for many decades. We have worked with beef producers in conjunction with the Tennessee Cattlemen's Association since the mid-1970's.
The KUCA strives to improve the cattle farmer's profitability by providing information about animal health, beef marketing, food safety, environmental issues, and best management practices. This is done through our annual meetings, field days, and the Tennessee Cattlemen's magazine. We are a leader in biosecurity with the Animal Emergency Response Network (AERN) in Tennessee. Our response team has become a standard for other counties in Tennessee.
We support youth in agriculture by supporting Knox County 4-H members, and in local, regional and state cattle shows. We thank you for your support and hope you will join us in the very important beef industry.
The Knox-Union Cattlemen's Association provides education and marketing information for beef producers to have a profitable enterprise that promotes safe and wholesome beef products for consumers.
